This historic Bywater side hall home was thoughtfully transformed by removing a rear addition and rebuilding it to match the original 12-foot ceilings, creating a more expansive kitchen and living area. A full wall of windows now fills the deep blue kitchen with natural light, while the former bathrooms were reimagined as a spacious primary suite and a moody secondary bath. The historic front rooms and sidehall were preserved, with original transoms and casings carefully reused.
